"The store is located along the main road to Cosby. I’ve only visited the farmer’s store, which seemed well equipped with a lot of different types of apples. In addition, Baxter’s Orchard makes their own preserves, including apple preserve with no added sugar. I was able to buy here honey. Apparently, in this area, nobody carries honey bees due to black bears. Honey is imported from the beekeeper in Asheville, NC. I haven’t tried it yet, but will update soon. The staff were extremely polite and friendly."
