Justice

"I am a frequent Shopper at Justice. I had a horrible experience at the Fayetteville NC location today. This associate was an Auburn/Brunette Hispanic employee (She was not wearing her name tag) who assisted me and she was very rude and unprofessional. I was explaining to her I purchased two items online and which I picked up one item on 12/9/19 but I am still receiving emails telling me to pick the item. I went to the store today because both items have the same Order number and the second item was supposed to be delivered today. I am basically checking to see if the other item is ready to be picked as to why I keep receiving “Ready for pick” emails. While I’m speaking during each one of my sentences, the employee continued to interrupt me by speaking or saying “Mhmm”. Finally I had enough and I CALMY asked her not to interrupt me because I feel as if she’s not listening to me and then she stated, “You need to leave and come back to when you have a better attitude”. I was so embarrassed and felt disrespected, there were other patrons standing behind me and they were staring at me as I walked out the store. I believe she is the manager because every time I visit she is usually directing other associates and cashiers. It seemed she was the only one working too. I called the Home Office and spoke to Arianna, and she awesome. I also asked, can my item be shipped to my house because I do not want to step foot back in their establishment. Unfortunately I couldn’t have it shipped to my house. I would never recommend this place of business to anyone else. UPDATE: The package is lost that contained my daughter’s joggers. Christmas gift is officially RUINED. Thanks a lot!!!!!"

"I had the pleasure of being assisted by Christina. I had several items that I ordered online and wanted to see if I found find them in the store and if not reorder the items in the correct size. Of course, I’m pressed because of the rush of re-ordering and getting it back in time and getting it mailed in time for Christmas, but thank goodness for Christina! She went so much ABOVE to make sure I got EVERYTHING exchanged and re-ordered. She went in the back looking for the things I needed cause she saw I truly wanted to make my daughter’s Christmas bright! I’ve dealt with her mainly and a few of the other associates in the past who were great as well. Christina ALWAYS has been the absolute best! She truly makes my shopping experience worth it!"

"I absolutely love coming to Justice for my daughter. The staff is always so helpful! They go above and beyond to help you and find the sizes you need. Being in retail is hard enough and during the holidays can be very trying. But they always have a smile and are very friendly!!!!"

"Sad I heard the manager and another employee talking about not hiring a male for their store. Kinda sexist and against the law. Sounds like a law suit to be filed."

"The store is supposed to be open know and the door is still closed, someone came to the door and said the computers are down and has still not opened the door. I got to the mall at 10 am and I am on a tight schedule. I can't believe a store is not open when it is advertised to open. Bad business"
