"This place is unbelievably great. On a road trip in a new to me car, I had a sensor come on. I went here in the morning and they were super organized, got my car in, explained what was up, that it was common for my model, and wouldn't reoccur after fixed. Plus, first time in my life my warranty covered it! Oh gosh, and, they send a VIDEO of your inspection so I could see all the things the mechanic was looking at with him. So cool. I was there for about 3 hours, which is less than the time they thought it would take. During that time, my tech person Gillian, offered rides anywhere I needed, which is really comforting because I am disabled and can be in excruciating pain sometimes. Beyond that, they anticipated my needs a couple times with phone charging and water, without me asking, which is very observant and kind. They are a great customer service provider. AND my dog was treated like royalty. He is a 3 legged small pitbull who is far more social than me. He was pet, greeted, celebrated, talked to, given no less than 12 treats, and given a tour of the building by Christine, who I think works in finance? He came back with a Frisbee and roorooing all about it. When we left, I was literally saying goodbye by name to almost everyone in the building, from staff to customers. It was never painful to be there, which is shocking when you're fixing your car! And, my issue is fixed and hasn't come back in almost a month since."
