"Price for gas is usually the lowest but they changed the .03 off per gallon option which I find annoying. My mother is also mad about it because she has a older flip phone so she is not able to use app to get the discount. She feel this is discouraging the elderly from having access to the savings cause they don't want to buy a smart phone to got a discount. Walmart need to think about the loyalty of all it customers not just the tech savvy ones."
