"This is the worst location I’ve ever been to. None of the stylists are barbers they’re all cosmetologists who didn’t seem to cut the bill to work at Walmart. I had the worst experience the lady wasn’t even watching when she cut my hair and messed up bad (she hid this fact with product). I had to go to a professional barber weeks later when my hair finally grew back to get it fixed. I tried to settle this by asking for a refund in turn the stylist said you’ll have to talk to the owner. So I ask for his number and she proceeds to tell me, “ oh he lives in Nashville and doesn’t talk to customers” so she lied to me and than told me I’m all outta luck and refused to refund me. All while being extremely nasty. Her name I believe is misty and she insured me and my son and my future bloodline will never return to a sports clips and I recommend men in this area looking to get a professional cut for the same price to go to my man jays barbershop. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!"
