"The worst haircut of my life. she cut off about 10 inches because i was looking for a big chop. she somehow manage to mangle my hair. i have vision loss and couldn’t tell until my mother pointed out and took a picture of how horrible it looked. the stylist and the girls at the front desk let me walk out of there and told me it looked good. i tried to publish the photos, hopefully they’ll post and everyone can see how awful it is. i went somewhere else to get it fixed because they will NEVER touch my hair again. literally only go there for the massages."

"I came in for a massage and pedicure with my friend. The massage felt like someone rubbing my back softly. I was asked what I would like the focus on. I said my shoulders and neck. She proceeds to massage my legs for most of the massage. I was suppose to go for a pedicure after the massage, only to be yelled at and told no there was no time for that! My mom bought this package for Christmas and it was a waste of money! Please educate your staff on how to treat customers, because without them, they would not have a job!"

"I booked a massage with Elissa for 60 minutes due to my sciatic pain accumulated from work. I asked for deep pressure paying attention to my upper mostly lower back and neck, My arms, hands and my feet due to the fact I utilize these area the most in my profession. There was some pressure but not enough for an impact. She did excellent on my rhomboids traps and scapula but spent way too much time there. My lower back and hips received 7 minutes of work out of an hour! Halfway through the service she then stated that she probably wouldn't be able to do my feet and that it was fine I could just leave her a bad review. At that point I felt like she really didn't care about my massage at all. She did my feet towards the end and spent 5 minutes on them, My hands were not massaged but compressed and my fingers were neglected including my neck, which would've felt amazing considering I look down at clients all day. I was in more pain leaving than coming and her attitude/reaction towards my honest feedback was unprofessional. Also a pillow under my hips in prone and elevation of the head rest in supine would have alleviated ALOT of unwanted back pain. Unfortunately I won't be rebooking"
