"A little pricey for clothing made in Bangladesh. The % off doesn't help when the item is exorbitantly priced from the get-go. Watch the quality!! The clothing is thin; even the sweaters. Not much to choose from. The customers that were there were scrambling and rambling through clearance racks, paying zero attention to the new stock. I suggest shopping Goodwill for kids' clothes."

"Employee/manager accused us of washing clothes that we were trying to return despite the fact that they had been tried on once and never washed or worn beyond that. In a packed store, that was clearly understaffed this was a waste of everyone's time for a less than $20 return. Won't be back and encourage others to avoid as well."

"i shop here all the time for my son , & today i had a different experience, I didn't receive the same service that the other customers received walking in i stayed in there for 20 mins as i watched the other associates give other customers friendly customer service acknowledge them & even gave them a shopping bag , as i got to the register another African America couples walks in & ironically received the same service i did , so I asked the cashier why didn't we receive the same service she responded she didnt notice us lol but she noticed the other 3 customers that came in! I will ... i continued to buy my items but this will be my last time giving carters my money ever AGAIN !"
