"It was absolutely bad experience. The Workers have to realize that if they are there is for the kids to have a wonderful experience when they come in and see if they like the toys, therefore, they will play, touch and interact with the toys. It is understandable if the toys get out of place, but there should be an sign that says DO NOT TOUCH if it is bothersome that a 3yr old touches the little cars and puts them on the ground. One of the older ladies (short hair) saw my son take the little cars and put them down on the ground, she got my attention and asked: "Can he please not do this because I just put them away" I answered: "I'm sorry, do not worry I can do it," then she proceeded to answer: "I''ll do it" and started to pick them up as my son was playing with them; as she was picking them up, my 3 yr old started to pick them up along with her and I went to finish my shopping, paid $58 and grab the kids and left. PLEASE! To whoever this is a concern for... understand the kids is what will allow your business to grow but if you all cant have a person that will treat kids with respect then you are in the wrong business. We go to this store at least 3 times a week and spend about $60 every time we go, please fix it!"

"I'm giving two stars because it's a nice toy store with great selection but this is my 3rd visit this year where not one person greeted us and acted like they were doing me a favor by helping me. There are plenty of people working there so there is always someone available but they never offer to help. We visited this Christmas Eve for last minute stocking stuffers and I had to interrupt staff talking amongst themselves to ask a question, then out of the many people working there none knew of a popular toy I was looking for. I was told that if they had it it would be on back wall? Really? Well it wasn't and I found it elsewhere in the store by myself. I always try and support local business as opposed to chains but l'm guess 3 strikes and your out for this business."

"This store is absolutely amazing. Between the selection covering all age ranges, and a staff that is always happy to help once you grab their attention; this store is reminiscent of a bygone era. You can find stuff for anyone here, and they provide custom giftwrapping complimentary at no additional cost, as well as being able to provide direction of you're a little bit lost. Not only do I recommend the store, I constantly try to haul new people here in person. You cannot get this type of experience anywhere else."

"Everytime I walk in there the workers keep looking at me as if I was going to steal. One of them kept following me around it was getting annoying and stupid. Idk if it’s bc of my race or they’re just weird. It’s very uncomfortable. Not a good place for anyone who isn’t white."

"They have nice toys for kids, but the workers are rude. One of them was following my sister and I around as if we were going to steal. I went in to look for a toy for my daughter not to steal from the place. Everytime I would look up from the toy I was looking at he would be behind us.The lady who rang us up wouldn’t hand my change to me I had to pick it up out of her hand because she just stood there. I don’t think I’ll be going there again. Not worth the trip if I’m just gonna get treated so rudely."
