"I’ve actually been going to this particular build a bear since I was a kid, so maybe I’m a bit biased. I hadn’t stopped by in years but recently while out with a friend we built a fox for fun. I’m really glad the store hasn’t been remodeled, actually. The old aesthetic that this location has is very 2000s in a good way. Very nostalgic but still holds up. There’s some small signs of aging but nothing that can’t be fixed. The selection of plush is very good too. Not the largest I’ve seen but definitely enough variety to have something that appeals to everyone. The staff were very kind, asking us if we needed help and letting us try on an outfit on the model of the plush we were getting. A special shout-out to Yajaira, who helped us build our fox. Definitely one of the few remaining fun things I’d call an activity in Hanes Mall."

"If you have not been you should go. Disney characters.. traditional classic teddy bears..men, grandparents..younger children and younger at heart. You pick your bear..decide if you want it to have sound..get it filled..add heart..decide clothing.. accessories or not..name it..$20 to however much you want to spend. It is a great time and you are creating memories with the little people that mean a lot as well as your wife or your friend or whoever. Plus you are contributing to the mall. You cannot get the interaction and the kids smiling and getting so excited. Great time for all."

"My kids had a blast, they enjoyed the entire experience they had there. Thebladybwas also friendly and did well with my kids. The only downside is the lady didn't get one of the dolls shut properly so I had to sew it shut when we got home."
