"I personally won't take anything there again. I took 2 dewalt oscillating tools I bought on same order where the website I ordered from were having a deal that you got a 2amp, 5amp battery and charger for free with each order. Great deal! The oscillators failed after 2 1/2 months. Something with the trigger in both. I took them both to dapco under warranty conditions to get repaired. I brought 1 of the 5 amp batteries in with them to show the issue and asked if I needed to leave the battery with them. He said yes that would help as they don't see these in there and he doesn't have any batteries. I trusted an established business to be organized and not mix items up. After picking the items up and getting to my jobsite I noticed there was a 3 amp battery on 1 of the tools not the 5amp that I had left under their care it was a 3amp. I called immediately and told them I must have someone else's battery and they have mine because when I brought mine in they had no 12v batteries and i left a 5 amp. I was told no that's what I brought in. I said that's impossible as I've never owned a 3 amp and that the reciept I left for the warranty shows pics and details of the deal and lists 2 amp and 5amp batteries. Basically i was called a liar. No one should have to go through that. Everytime I look at that 3amp battery I know I was ripped off by what seems to be a well respected place to get tools repaired. I told my helper who had handed me the battery to walk in with what happened and he couldn't believe it. I will be sure to tell all the contractors and companies I work with not to take any personal or fleet tools to dapco."

"Jody went above and beyond in a miter saw repair. He completely repaired broken sections including a guard that I didn't realize was cracked. He made sure the fence was square and true. I am very happy with their work and would highly recommend Dapco."

"Dropped off air compressor and nail gun for maintenance and repairs. Was told it would be a "5-6 day time frame". On day 9 I went by to check on status. The man working this time tells me he told me a "9 or 10 day time frame" AND if he has to order parts it would take even longer. My equipment was still sitting in the floor in the same place the same way I left it when I dropped it off. Hadn't been touched 9 days after I dropped it off. I imagine if parts needed to be ordered we would have probably been closer to a 30 day turn around time."

"The folks at Dapco worked on my compressor which was making one heck of a racket, turns out it was just a couple of loose screws on the fan. Honest, quick turnaround - knowledgeable and helpful folks. Nice people."
