"I had to have my RV towed to Johnson Family Chevy. I was on my way back home to South Carolina when my RV broke down on the interstate in VA. I left a message in their night mailbox and my husband drove 3 hours to pick up me and my pets . I called the next day and spoke with James and from there on out I received exceptional service and communication. We had to have a new transmission and other issues were found and taken care of. I just picked up our RV and again was treated wonderfully by everyone from the service technician who directed us to the office down the hill, to the ladies in the office area and the service manager Zach, who took the time to go over our invoice for us even though he had other things needing his attention. With everything having to be done long distance, I couldn't have asked for a better place! Thanks!"
