"Went in, spoke with about 5 people about sliding glass doors. Was told they also have an install dept. Was told a certain person, who wasn't there, was the expert. Called him after no call, was referred to someone else. This guy said he would call me back in 15 min. I called back after over an hour of no call back.... Then was told they don't install... Seems to me no one knows what was going on or what they can and cannot offer."

"Delivered here. Super fast. Forklift driver helped fold a tarp, got out his way and trailer was empty by the time I rolled two tarps and one strap. In and out in 45 mins and that was me starting unloading clock before I checked in."

"DO NOT SHOP HERE! The "Brad" is very rude. When I to speak to him he relays messages thru the worker that answers the phone. When I told them I would call back until my problem was resolved or the owner returned my phone call "Brad" said he would block my number. HORRIBLE customer service"
