"Service was great not a big fan of their ice cream"
"1st time going there and staff was so nice and friendly and place was spotless! My 8 yr old loved it as well!"
"So I had a pretty good experience the first two times that I went to Cold Stone but I just drove 20 minutes there and I got there about 8:35 and a young man told me that they were closed even though it states that they are open until 9:30 that his boss told him that it was okay for them to close early tonight. So I'm going to see if I can't get in contact with someone."
"Absolutely delicious and fast service!"
"We went this evening and had a poor experience. I ordered the peanut butter cup perfection, and 2 of the workers started to make the order. I noticed one of them put fudge and chocolate chips on it, so I said oh that's not what I ordered. They laughed and then started to remake it. They looked to my friend and asked if he wanted it anyways (he wasn't going to get anything) then he said sure why not. Then, they said okay but it won't be for free and he said nevermind then, no worries. As they were making the order again, I overheard them talking about how they were going to get in trouble for wasting the ice cream. Then, when my order was ready, they brought both cups up and asked if we would play together or separate. My friend said he wasn't getting anything, then the 3 employees looked at each other confused and then looked back at us. Then my friend, confused and feeling guilty, decided to just pay and move on. The ice cream was okay, but it was wrong for them to mess up our order and then basically guilt trip my friend into paying for it, when he wasn't going to order anything to begin with."
