"Going in the store two employees were sitting down. When you go into the store you kind of look around to see where you need to go. They were on their cell phones and they were reluctant to get up. The young lady did get up and asked me what I needed. I try to explain and she took me over to what she thought I needed and I proceeded to tell her again, but she wasn't listening or I may not have explained it well. You can tell she was not focused on what I needed. So I left. Had to deliver something to my nephew. Told him about the situation. He looked at what I needed in my car. Went straight to Amazon site and ordered it for me. What a shame!"
