"I dropped off my vehicle with an appointment at 9:00 am this morning. I stopped in just before 5:00pm because we were told that update would be this afternoon or first thing in the morning. When I got there. , my vehicle had the bumper off but that was to be expected since it was a rear end collision. What wasn’t expected was that the lift gate wasn’t closed all the way and it’s been raining for 6 hours. I went in and asked for an update since it did look like they had been working on it. The young lady that was handling my estimate said there wasn’t one and I asked when I could expect an update and she she didn’t know and that it takes time. She said she told my wife that it would be this afternoon or first thing in the morning. With that, I asked if the insurance adjuster had been there because we were told the insurance company had an adjuster on site. She informed me there wasn’t an adjuster and that the insurance company usually goes by what she says. So I left. A few minutes down the road, and I mean literally 2-3 minutes, the insurance company handling the claim calls me to tell me that Caliber wasn’t going to fix my vehicle, not that they couldn’t, but that they wouldn’t. I thought about it for a few and called caliber and was given the manager, Jason. He informed me that because of my body language when I came in, the estimator felt uncomfortable. Not that I came in cursing or was belligerent, but she didn’t like my body language. No, I didn’t curse or nor was I aggressive in any form. , she just didn’t like my body language. I gave the manager, Jason, an opportunity to rectify the situation but yet he let me know they could refuse any one service and that the estimator was the only one that handled insurance claims and if she didn’t want to work with me , she didn’t have to. Just wanted to share my experience with this Caliber Collision. I am posting this again since the first time I posted this, it wasn’t placed as a review."

"Update: The manager (Jason) reached out to me on yesterday and was apologetic. I brought my car back this morning. Jason had Black Beauty cleaned. The water is up, the carpet cleaned, dried, and deodorizer. No more mildew/musty smell! She smells clean. Black Beauty is home! I am glad this is resolved and that Jason made it right! Original Post: I received my car back on 12/30. And to say I am not very happy/satisfied with Caliber Collision Caliber Collision on New Bern Ave is an understatement... Picked my car up on Saturday and I noticed a smell. On Sunday I attempted to clean my car out thinking I may have left something that soured or spoiled in it after the accident. That is when I noticed that my back seat and floor was soaking wet. I immediately notified Caliber thinking they left a window open when we had that huge rain storm. To which I'm told no they didn't but maybe a seal. Bring it back we will look. I bought it in today, it's still wet, it hasn't rained since I got the car back and they are saying they seals are fine. So my car is still wet and mildew smelly. There was no attempt to make it right and at the end of the day, they had the vehicle it happened while in their possession, but I am now having to take it to get detailed/cleaned which is an expense to me. I'm sooo not happy right now!"

"I was highly satisfied with Caliber collision on New Bern avenue Raleigh NC. Jason was in charge of my vehicle and everything was done just as he said it would be. My car looks brand new! Also it was cleaner when I got it back than when I dropped it off which to me says alot! They estimated I would get my car on Friday and called me on Thursday prior to let me know I could come pick it up. I'll definetly use this Caliber location again if need be. Finger crossed I don't have to! Thanks Caliber collision and Thank you Jason for making this a pleasant experience under the circumstances!"
