"They are a scam. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! They charged my dad 1000 dollars to fix a head gasket and guess what! 4 months later after getting the run around he picks up the vehicle and takes it to another shop and his head gaskets were never replaced. Vehicle still isnt running...1000 dollars just gone. Small claims court in progress...."
"The absolute WORST customer service I have ever received. The fact that Scott Bell treats his customers with such discontent is disgusting, especially his military customers. I gave Scott my vehicle for a motor rebuild back in February 2021. It took 4 months just for Scott to take my motor to the shop to be rebuilt. This wasn't the issue, the issue, is that Scott LIED to me and claimed the motor was almost complete....BEFORE he had even taken it in for rebuild (I have screenshots for proof). To make matters worse, Scott likes to hang up on customers' faces when they hold him accountable for his lack of professionalism and timeliness. Since Scott was taking too long to get my motor built, I asked him kindly to give me the name of the company he went through. HE REFUSED to give me the information to the company who was building MY motor that i paid with MY money. All because he didn't want hos reputation toiled. I still foond tge motor shop and they have had my motor complete for about 2 months, yet Scott still hasnt picked it up to put back in my vehicle. The parking at his shop is exposed to the outside, so I have asked Scott to please make sure he keeps my vehicle clean. Instead, he TELLS me....the CUSTOMER, that its not even that big of a deal and that I shouldn't worry about it.... ***My vehicle, a 2006 Jeep SRT 8 6.1L Hemi.....that isn't manufactured anymore*** So meanwhile, my vehicle is sitting in his lot collecting spider webs and grass growing through the engine bay.... I have been without a vehicle, so call/text was my only way of contacting Scott, but he refused to answer my calls. I've had to call from other numbers just to get him to answer my calls. Scott also enjoys talking about other customers...TO CUSTOMERS and will go on a long tangent just to distract you from the very issue you came to talk about. He will talk over you and manipulate the conversation. He is a SCAMMER. It has been 8 months since I gave Scott my vehicle and it has been a nightmare. Even while im deployed, going through all kinds of work stress, Scott has made no effort in actually providing good service. SCOTT is a liar and a scammer. Everyone....especially Military members, stay away!!!!! If you have any questions and need proof of experience with Scott, feel free to email me directly."
"Nothing but good things to say about Bells! I’ve only ever had good experiences working with Scotty and Charles. Most recently I took my car in to have some intake work done. The price was extremely fair, the work was done well and was completed when I was told it would be. Happy customer here!"
"Never going anywhere else but here from now on! I was going through a frustrating time trying to figure out what was wrong with my car. I went to Facebook and asked for recommendations/someone with some knowledge when it came to cars since I can’t afford to take my car for another opinion. I was getting some responses but not what was what I was looking for. Then Scott Bell popped up and stood up for me and refuse to let these mobile mechanics take advantage of me! I decided to take my car to him the next morning. Immediately I felt something I haven’t felt with all the other shops I been to. I felt safe. I felt like everything was going to be okay at this place. Scott and his workers took the time to not only check my car but also taught me a few things. I never had the best customer service from any shop like I had with these people! Yes everyone is trying to make a buck, they have families to feed too but this place wasn’t trying to dig a hole in my wallet and kept it as fair as possible! The part I needed for my car was very expensive and when they confirmed the issue it wasn’t what I wanted to hear but Scott even helped me make calls to see if this specific part was still under warranty. Most mechanics wouldn’t even suggest it because they want you to spend as much as possible with them. But as a mom of 3 and about to be due with my 4th and a deployed husband AND it being our ONLY car I couldn’t afford the stress of dealing with this major issue and everything. Scott helped me take away that stress as best he could. I can tell why he’s been in business for so long! He was just honest and trustworthy! They took great car of my car and it rides like new again. I’m not from the area but he would be worth the trip. From now on no one touches our car unless it’s Scott and his team."
"By far the worst shop I have ever went to in Fayetteville area. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Stay away at all costs. This shop will cause damage to your vehicles and not claim responsibility and blame you. I do walk arounds of my vehicles before I take my cars to any shop and after I get home. Advice for anybody reading this always take pictures of your vehicle before you get any work done, this is what I am forced to do now because of this incident. I Just moved to NC from NY and was looking for a reliable shop I can take my cars to without being overcharged, hassle and BS’ed. If you know of one please inbox me some reliable shops in the area. ****Update**** I don’t care about a paint job, I was not trying to get a “free” paint job as the owner stated. Nomatter what Mumbo jumbo he posts under this all I urge is that before you bring your car to this shop just take the 10 seconds to take pictures of your car before hand."
