"My 1998 Ford F150 was involved in an uninsured motorist claim Which ended up totaling my truck . Bruno’s was top notch to deal with while waiting on claims adjuster to figure out logistics. They were very helpful and understanding of the situation"
"Absolute rip off of a place. So shady how they come up with prices to charge. A quote over 2 grand, and you still have to pay 283 just to have the car looked at. Went over to Lanes down the street, to have it looked at is only 125 and what needs done to the car is about a grand less. Beware. They take advantage of being near a military base"
"I had a phenomenal experience. Customer service was above and beyond. The technician that diagnosed and fix my problem was Josh and he definitely knew what he was doing. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone that has any mechanical issues with there vehicle."
"DO NOT COME HERE. This places rips people off of their money. I came here because my check engine light has been on for several days. I asked them to take a look at it and they charged $109 for a diagnostic check. Their "report" came back that my evaporative emissions system line had a hole in it and that it needed to be replaced entirely. So I asked them if that's something I would be able to replace myself under the hood and she said it was under the car and that a special tool would be needed to repair it. I come to find out, that this part is actually under my hood as I guessed it was but the lady at the front desk insisted that it would be complicated to change myself because it was under the car. They lied to me and pressured me into them doing it at the shop. It was something I could've done on my own. They charged me a total of $381 for something simple where all I had to do was remove the part and put the other back in. The photo below is not mines but it shows where that exact piece is on my car."
"After 8 years of having a small rear quarter window tinted they wasted an hour and a half just to fail my inspection. And I still had to pay $33 Wouldn't even allow me to take it out so that it would pass. Do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere else."
