"Y’all don’t sleep on this restaurant! It made me so sad to see this place empty on a Saturday. Don’t be turned off by the veg menu. Every dang bite is absolute fire! It was so good I came back again while in town for a wedding. I’m not veg, but am absolutely obsessed with all the tacos. You cannot skip the fried pickles! Plus the kombucha is on-point. Nice bubbles, good flavors, and the alcoholic ones are certainly something to write home about. I’ve been drinking it since they opened and were in that tiny walk-up space, and it’s just gotten better and better. They also have a ton of GF options if that’s something you’re looking for!"

"Panacea is a must when in the Wilmington area. Spectacular food with the best kombucha I’ve ever had. The artwork inside of the restaurant gives you those hippie vibes and you feel like you’re in a different world. A great place to grab a drink, a bite and unwind."

"Everything we had was good. They forgot an order of waffles we ordered but luckily that worked out well for us because everything else was very filling. The Lit lemonade was amazingly good. Looks like they do live music on Sundays during brunch times."

"This place is absolutely incredible. Entire menu is vegan and Soo delicious. More than the food, the service was ridiculously good. Lauren was our waitress and she consistently checked on us to make sure that we had everything we needed and she also made really recommendations. She is the best server I've had by far in a while at any restaurant. We also visited with a baby and Lauren was very patient and even offered to assist with entertainment so the mom could. 10/10 would recommend this place to vegans and non-vegans alike."
