"I LOVE this place! No where else can you get so much FAST HOT FRESH food, for a great price!!! You pile fresh ingredients in your bowl and they cook them on a giant grill with whatever sauces and spices you choose. They also have amazing white sauce to dip in. I've never had a bad experience here."
"Food and service was good tables were a little sticky feeling. The rest rooms were not very clean and left a lot to be desired! Not very user friendly for someone that has to have a knee walker or even a wheelchair. Very small and hard to maneuver with any apparatus."
"This is a mostly a gather it yourself and they cook it on a big hibachi grill type place. It's a bit pricey, $40 for two medium bowls, and a short beer. I can't really complain about the flavor, since I'm the one who decided what went on it... but it really wasn't very flavorful. The table was sticky, had to ask the waitress to clean it, and even then, it was still sticky. The floors were so bad that you had to pull your feet up from them. The stalls in the bathroom only had paper on top of the holders, none in it. Waitress was okay, not overly attentive, but didn't ignore us either. We don't live local, but if we did, this would not be a place we would frequent."
"2 stars because of the fact I haven't had Genghis grill in over 3years and my food was good... This location is a NO for me. Rude, unprofessional workers except the black tall girl that was worker there. She seemed to be the only one working everyone else was standing around, talking, laughing and playing around. The seats are broke down... the buffet area could've been better... cleaner, more organized. Had to go find someone to get things we needed because our waitress was waiting on everyone. Chef cooking was nice though. I chose to make my own bowl with fried rice... now you have the option to order specific bowls from the menu... which is a cool idea but no.... if you get a small the will give you a tiny cup so I'd stick with a medium. I wouldn't visit this location again."
"The server was awesome! Bright, energetic and engaging. The kitchen went off the rails. It took over an hour to receive our cooked meals. And there weren't many people in the restaurant. This was a birthday outing and it was marred by the exceptionally slow cooks. Two of our party of 5 got their food at 45 minutes and the rest of us waited another 15 minutes so we ended up eating in two shifts. If this continues, this place won't remain open."
