"I had Carolina Dent Pros work on my Subaru Forester a week ago to fix a botched PDR "repair" that the previous owner had done on the vehicle and they did a wonderful job on it. I spoke to several PDR places and every place gave me a similar quote, but what separated Carolina Dent Pros is that they were confident they could get it close to 100%. The other shops promised a 90% fix. That 10% difference is what true craftsmanship looks like. They fulfilled the expectations set and really did a great job fixing my vehicle. Something else that is notable... none of the other shops I spoke to brought up the fact that the window needed to be removed to complete the repair but Carolina Dent Pros identified that almost immediately.
