Mom's pants were dirty from the nail residue and no concern what so ever. Please try to be more gentle with customers and mindful of their time when accepting or asking customers to come back."

"The older male was very rough. He literally made me bleed and didn't even apologize. The pedicure was OK, but my nail beds hurt and still have a lot of glue on them"

"I’ve given this place a chance 3 separate times and have been disappointed every time. First time, the service was bad and staff was rude. Second time, my cuticles were completely flooded with polish. Third time, I was the only customer and my pedicure was still rushed - so much that she didn’t even put lotion on my legs or anything."

"The quality of the nails aren’t great I had to go back due to my GEL POLISH peeling to get it fixed just for it to happen again! Susan is rude not only to customers but also to one of her employees, she’s always picking at her and forces her off of customers just to get the tip. In my opinion the other nail tech is wayyyyy better! Long story short avoid this place or you will be disappointed."

"First time customer here (visiting my sister who’s stationed here at Bragg). I waited for about 25 to 30 minutes even though I had an appointment and I was on time. John was my Nail Tech. I think he did a pretty good job. They just don’t apply the cuticle oil or lotion to your hands or at least he didn’t. Apparently they over-booked and had more appointments than they could handle. So I waited another 30 to 40 minutes to get a pedicure, John also ended up doing my pedi because they were too booked and he had a lady cancel with him. They are also a bit pricey ($95), $15 more than what I’m used to paying. I paid $50 for a full set with gel polish and $45 for a pedicure with gel polish."
