"I’m actively searching for another practice. The care is totally fine, but I’m tired of having to update my children’s info what seems like every year because they decide to get new software and don’t want to pay their office staff to input the data. 6-7 pages of forms times 3 kids is ridiculous. At my oldest’s visit today at 8:30 AM, he had to wait for 30 minutes to be seen. This seems like the last straw to me honestly."
