"I have been having my 2002 Saab convertible serviced at Patterson for about 2 years now since I moved to the area and they have always treated me well. I sometimes stop by unannounced for small problems and they are able to help me out right then and there. When I have a larger problem and they are booked up I always ask if they can squeeze me in early to get the problem solved and Eric has always been accommodating. Last time I was there they needed to order a hose for my engine and the mechanic working at the time (did not get his name) gave me the hose off of his Saab to last me through the weekend until the part came in. Kathy at the front office has always been very helpful as well. Good service! Thanks!"
