"They delivered what was promised on time. The installers were excellent. The reason I gave a four-star instead of a five is because of poor communication between the time that I gave the initial deposit and the time of the install. Also, I ordered bronze hardware, but they installed black hardware, especially the brackets. The difference between those two finishes is not very much. So I could be wrong about the handle, but the brackets are clearly black. At this point in time it's not worth trying to correct the problem other than possibly a refund of some sort because I don't want them to swap out the brackets just for this problem. One other thing occurred that did not influence, my review rating is the following: In the beginning when I was just talking to GlassDepots over the phone before measurements were made, someone told me that the ShowerGuard feature was an additional $11 per square foot, but when the measurements were made and I received a written estimate, it became $55 per square foot. I don't believe this miscommunication was deliberate. But I think this information should be clearly communicated at the outset, rather than learning about it when you get the written estimate and after you've decided you want this feature based on the wrong pricing."

"We have guests arriving for the holidays. I contacted Glass Depot this morning with minor concern regarding two shower doors that were installed a year ago. Glass Depot responded in extremely professional manner by scheduling a service call for the next day! Within a few minutes they called back and said that Randy, their Service Manager, could be here within 30 minutes. In less than one hour from my initial call requesting service, the door adjustments had been completed - a superb job by a 5 star company."

"The installation team was very professional and did a great job. I had an issue after they left and Brenda, in the office, was concerned and sent Randy out to examine the issue. Randy was also great and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. I'm very happy that Glass Depot stood behind their product and service."

"It was very easy to deal with them. Some one came out and did survey of bathtub glass that needed to be changed with an immediate 2day +- estimate. I also went out to the show room. Great big building with a lot of glass available and plenty of more available. Would use them again in the future if I needed to. Only thing I would recomend in the future is for employees when they come in to any house not just mine is to take off the shoes or wear shoe coverings when walking inside the house. The person who did estimate took his shoes off but not the installers."
