"I went in for a state vehicle inspection and was charged $40. We got our other vehicle inspected somewhere else and it was only $13 (Valvoline at 1517 US 70 Garner). I looked online and the maximum that should be charged is $30. Will never do business here again. For the $40 I paid here, you can get an inspection at Valvoline and a car wash at the place next door. Edited to add to the businesses reply: my car has no after market tint. I have owned it the entire life of the vehicle and it has never had tint added (or any after market changes actually). This vehicle AND the one that was inspected for $13.60 are from the same year."
