"I have a 4 year old mower that sat for a year and needed a carbureter cleaning or replacement among other general maintenance. I contacted Mike last week and informed him of my issue and he asked me to bring the mower to him as soon as I could. I had my wife drop it off the next day and Melanie helped my wife get the mower out of the SUV and was very polite. Mike messaged me over the weekend to inform me the mower might take a little longer than anticipated but it would be no later than Monday and sure enough Monday early afternoon Melanie gave myself and my wife a call to let us know that it was ready for pickup and running great! My wife picked up the mower about an hour and a half ago and Melanie was once again very polite and informative. I just got done shredding through about a half acre of grass that hasn't been cut in a couple months and I am not exaggerating when I say the mower runs better now than it did out of the box. I am so happy I gave Mike & Melanie our business and they will be the first people we call if we have any future issues or questions. Thank you both again for getting us back up and running!"
