"We hired North Hills Transportation to shuttle our guests to and from our venue for our October 2023 wedding, and we have mostly positive things to say! For starters, we felt like the service was very timely and accommodating. We booked 2 busses (1 for each hotel we had guests staying at) and arranged 2 separate pick-up and drop-off times for each bus as well. They both arrived at each hotel on time, and dropped off guests at the venue in a timely manner. At the end of the night, they made sure to wait for guests as they were making their way back onto each bus, and made sure that guests knew where each bus was headed to ensure that they didn't get transported to the wrong hotel. We also felt that communication was prompt and professional. Their reservationists were more than willing to adjust pickup/drop off times as needed, were quick to answer our questions, and always responded to us in a professional manner. Lastly, the drivers themselves were fantastic! We had several guests comment on how personable, kind, and friendly they were, which only positively added to everyone's experience. The only "negatives" I would point out are that the cost isn't exactly cheap, and once you commit to a specific bus size there is no price adjustment for sizing down. We essentially only hired these busses for a total of 3 hours of service (1 hour for pick ups and 2 hours for drop offs). However, as the client, you're responsible for covering the cost in between those times while the busses wait on site. This definitely hiked up the cost, and I didn't really understand why the busses had to wait at the venue vs. coming back especially for a local wedding (we got married ~10 minutes from where North Hills Transportation is located). Additionally, we had a large drop off from our original guest count and weren't able to size down our busses for a decrease in cost. Although we were fully aware of this prior to booking, it just seems like this is something that should be offered especially if the busses are available. It's unfortunate that people have to estimate bus size based on their guest lists so early on, and then risk either paying more in the long run or not having busses big enough to accommodate for their parties. Overall though, I'd highly recommend hiring North Hills Transportation to shuttle guests for your wedding! Clean busses, great drivers, and very professional service all-around."

"In August 2023, our missions team needed roundtrip early morning transportation from our church (Family Fellowship Worship Center) in Fayetteville to RDU's airport. We rented the 15-passenger Executive Mercedes Benz Sprinter van. The price was a little expensive, but you get what you pay for, and it was worth every penny! The team was pleasantly surprised at the comfort, legroom, cleanliness, and luxury. Our driver, Tulio, was prompt, friendly, professional, safe (driving), and accommodating (even when our flight was delayed returning). Tulio and the customer service rep were available past 1 a.m. to reschedule the pickup time and reassured us that he would be there. And Tulio was there at 4 a.m., happy and ready to return us! What a great experience with North Hills Transportation! We will use them again!"

The shuttles were clean, the staff was easy to work with leading up to the event and all shuttles arrived perfectly on time to pick up and drop off our 185 guests.
