"Terrible customer service. We have been callling for weeks and recieved no response until we were able to get the local managers number. He then wanted to charge us $200 to send someone for an issue we've casued by their shoddy workmanship, because they only warranty their work for a year. Our upstairs shower is leaking into our downstairs by way of a screw that holds the glass in place. This happened the first time about a year ago. On the origanl issue they responded propmtly. However, their "fix" was obviously a band-aid solution, because here we are again with the same issue. Luckily our warranty company will cover this, but we're never using this company again. Seems like poor management and a lack of quality control is an ongoing issue based on other reviews."

"We also want to report our bad experience with shower glass door installation!!! Numerous phone calls and several visits from the glass door install group, and my husband and I still had to fix our son's shower glass door that would not stay closed. We are lucky enough to be able to fix things ourselves or we would still be dealing with this incompetent company. We were told by majestic that they wanted to be done with helping us get our showers to look like the product we were sold from the showroom. The shower bar in my son's bathroom was set in an upward direction and the glass door would not stay closed. Twice, they came out to try and bend and tighten cams to force the door to stay closed. We asked them to take the bar down and correct the problem that we knew was wrong. That did not happen. Finally, after we were tired of asking for quality that they didn't have, we fixed the shower door ourselves. We paid for high quality shower glass doors and received the poorest quality. We will not use majestic for services ever again. The shower glass and cultured marble walls and shower pans were just a nightmare to deal with. Very expensive product and very poor service and quality!!!!!"

"My experience was great. I have dealt with many other companies over the years and this was my best experience. I have a hard time believing some of the other reviews. Not knowing how to measure? Seems like there is more to that story. They are very trustworthy and I had a great experience like I said."

"Our home was purchased with some outdated bathroom decor and we decided to go into Majestic Kitchen and Bath to look at other options for an upgrade. The sales associates were extremely knowledgeable and walked us through the selection process. We selected the subway tile and a new glass enclosure. Within a couple of weeks everything was beautifully installed. A plumber came out the same day to disconnect and reconnect the plumbing and the gentlemen that installed the new marble were amazing. Their attention to detail was on point and they even made a few suggestions on how they could install the marble to provide a cleaner look. These guys were done in a day and everything went seamlessly. The glass was installed a short time later and the employees that came out did an excellent job. The shower looks great!"
