"I knocked on the door to this establishment not knowing that it was not the place I was looking for. I attempted to say that I had an appointment (again thinking that I was in the right place). The young lady that come to the door was very very rude. Exclaiming through a see semi-cracked door "Not with me you don't! Not with me you don't!" slamming the door and locking it. After a phone call I realized that I was in the wrong place and would have apologized had I been given opportunity to. To learn that this is a salon I thought I could have possibly have been a new client but to be greeted with such poor customer service I most definitely would never give this establishment my business. A simple I'm sorry you're at the wrong location would have gone a loooooonnnng way."
