"Unless Ziko opens his own shop, I will not spend any more of my money at this place. I had my car placed in this shop to be diagnosed for repairs, after doing so I agreed to get half of the work fixed due to costs as I only needed the important repairs fixed in a timely manner. After paying over $400 to have parts fixed I am highly displeased with how I was treated when I spoke with the owner about an issue with some of the work he had done. Not only that, I was given the run around multiple times about receiving a itemized bill to have records of the work that was done. When asked to receive a copy of the work that was done during my call with him he stated he didn’t “remember” the work that was done as it was 3 months ago but then proceeded to argue with me about what he did fix when I know for certain what he told me he had replaced as I had it written down. He even attempted to gaslight me by telling me “you don’t know anything about auto repairs”. The most disappointing part is I simply called to see if the part he had fixed was covered in warranty as it was a expensive repair and was met with a distasteful conversation due to the manager becoming defensive, not once did I insult him. If you’re looking to receive quality and professional customer service, this place is not it."

"The owner of the establishment needs a reality check. He is very entitled, rude, extremely unprofessional, power trip, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!. I recommended this establishment bc I dealt with Ziko the mechanic which he on the other hand was very polite and amazing. The owner was very shady and tried to scam my friend, and lied about the situation unknowingly I heard the full conversations between them. Take your money else where."
