"Ordered shower head with separate hand held with diverter valve, which wasn’t in stock. Was told it would take 2 weeks for delivery, and almost 3 weeks later my project is done, but still can’t use my new shower since still waiting on the part, and then I am told it’s going to be another 3 weeks. So canceled it and ordered from plumberstock who sent it w 2 day shipping. My contractor then tells me that it’s the wrong part. Hajoca had the correct part in stock the whole time. Since both parts were exactly the same price, I suggested that they could do an even swap, so I don’t have to go through the hassle and expense of shipping the wrong part back to plumberstock. Seems like a reasonable request but they wouldn’t do it. Many many hours of my time wasted and extra expenses because of their mistakes, and they refuse to do the right thing. Won’t shop here again."
