"Carter's is a store that always has something good for babies and toddlers. Unfortunately the store in Costwold closed long ago and the stores are a little bit far from my area. However, online shopping is available and they are very accurate with the orders."

"If i could give zero i would. I understand we are in difficult times with staffing, but communication has nothing to do with that. We ordered item for same day pickup at 7am, by noon i was surprised no email that was ready. Tried calling store multiple times with no answer. At 3pm chatted company asking if store open, what is going on? They responded that ordered would be filled and we would get an email. At 7:15pm emailed the company, again generic response. Emailed again to find out store is closed for a few days. Asked for refund, nope can't do that either cause order is "processing" at store that is closed and they don't know when it will open again. How hard is it to have a voice mail at store that says store is closed? How hard is it for corporate to know/confirm store is closed, how hard is it to issue refund? Apparently for Carters its all to difficult. They are happy to take you money with a single click though..."
