"Had to change rooms because the first 2 rooms smelled like musty mold and cigarettes even though the rooms were none smoking. The second set of rooms smelled slightly better, but because it was 11pm I was too exhausted to keep playing musical rooms. The shower had mold. I was not impressed but unfortunately it was the only place to stay in Andrew's. Would rather sleep in my vehicle next time. The night clerk was polite and friendly."

"Rip off. There were 5! flies in my room taht kept landing on my mouth all night. Gross. The breakfast is pathetic; stale onion bagels with peanut butter. Yech. The television is a joke. Half the channels dont work at all. Some of the channels are too dark, some have no sound at all. Some of them only use part of the screen! This is a joke at a Holiday Inn price."

"The staff here were all very kind and helpful, I definitely am planning to come back! Rooms are nice and clean, beds, pillows and comfortable were all very comfortable. The area has TONS of delicious restaurants and adorable downtown areas to stroll in Andrews as well as just down the road in Murphy."

"The rooms could have been cleaner. The baseboards, grout and walls were very dirty. It was very quiet which was nice. The breakfast could use work. There was no creamer for the coffee, no milk for the cereal. Waffle maker, muffins, some fruit, bagels that's about it."

"The rooms have had some updates as far as door security and new tile in shower. Microwave is nasty, fridge is ok. Bathroom door sticks so children can’t get in or out without help. Paints needed very badly. Beds are very soft. Would I stay here again..no, not unless the rooms have some improvements"
