"Today my husband took my car to be serviced at this establishment since my car window was not working. The guy told him it would be $310 and he could fix it. Needless to say the car window is still broken and it will not move up and down as it should. The guy said he replaced the motor but at no point in time did he leave to go get the part nor did someone come to drop off a part…so what exactly did he “fix”? Subaru parts aren’t the easiest parts to come by. It took him three hours to complete the “job”, but is still not completed, nor does the window work. When he completed the job he then told my husband it may have not been the motor but the buttons but the rest of the buttons work. I DO NOT recommend this business, and I will be contacting the BBB to file a complaint; as well as the NC Consumer Protection. This is not the end of my story!"

"They did a phenomenal job. I literally broke down on my way to work...was able to get to their shop...they walked me through everything they were doing and the cost. They fixed my baby right...and they took me in even though they had other cars they were working on. I eventually made it to work 2 hours later. They did a lot on mine including spark plugs etc..I highly recommend and will be using them in the future. Also the cost was a fraction of what I would have paid for labor at a dealership."
