"I love how honest Fred was at the store. I saw him talk to a customer about their break pads. He brought hers out and new ones and told her she didn’t need new ones. He did recommend rotors but he could have easily sold her on unnecessary repairs but he didn’t. I was talking to other customers (I just came from Firestone who tried to rip me off on everything) and they were all agreeing on how honest Fred is and they trust Jiffy Lube."

"Had my car inspected here on October 31st. Mechanic recommended brake fluid change and air filter replacement. Ordered my OEM air filter online and today November 15th, when I go to swap my air filter out, I open the hood of the car and I see that my brake fluid reservoir cap was not on meaning I’ve driven my car like this for 2 weeks. Between contamination and moisture from not having the cap on, now I do have to get my brake fluid flushed. On top of that as seen in the photos, my air filter did not need replacement. I was considering getting my car serviced here in the future since I have only been here for the inspections in the past and it is conveniently close, but I will definitely not. Mechanic was more focused on upselling then providing the requested service. I shouldn’t have to inspect my vehicle after having it inspected at a shop."

"The overall service was very quick, but they could use some office staff. I got a state safety inspection here on a Saturday morning. They got my vehicle in right away and were finished quickly. Staff was courteous, but the technicians double as office staff, so people have to wait to pay and pick up their vehicles. Other than that, satisfactory service."
