"I went to Tiptop Nails after going to another nail salon because of an infection and the young lady put medication on my nails, soaked them off, and continued to treat them until they were healed! I have never had any more issues and my nails are healthy! They use clean products and are very friendly! I have been going to Tiptop nails now for two years! They are awesome!!"

"My experience was far from enjoyable. My tech was less than friendly and became aggravated after applying nail polish, that she explained was to thick and that was the reason the paint job looked bad. After 3 times, she finally agreed we should change the polish. She was not happy at all to do so. After 2 hours, my nails were still not painted. She used a drill trying to take the polish off, and acetone. My nails are natural, she broke one nail. She then applied a clear coat and was going to paint my nails. I was stunned. Again 2 hours later. I said I was not happy and was done. It was 5pm.. they were closing, offered to have me come back the following day and they would fix them. My daughter had already paid. I went back the next day and asked for a refund for my service. I was given a twenty dollar gift card. The lack of any type of customer service was shocking!! Completely over priced and would have had my granddaughter paint my nails.. definitely taking a chance with Tip Top Nails, Definitely not Tip Top Service."

"I don't usually get my nails done so I was excited to get them done. I read a lot of great reviews of this place and it looked really clean and nice so me and a friend came here. I got acrylic nails done & showed an inspo picture of what I was wanting. The flowers aren't done very well & there's quite a bit of mistakes. Some of my nails didn't get filed very well and thicker than others. The acrylic was filed to thin on some of my nails while others are thick. My friends nails also had a lot of mistakes as well and she isn't happy about her nails either especially with the price we both paid. I paid $90 for mine, which I believe is way too much for way I received. Gonna be trying to get a refund and planning on not going back here for acrylics again. The reason I have two stars is because everyone there was really nice and the place is really clean and beautiful. Just don't recommend coming her with any designs that make seem difficult."

"AMAZING!!! This is a family owned business that has been open just 1 month now. The aesthetics are modern and so pretty. The family that owns it is very nice and very skilled. I am so happy to have found this place. September 8 2022 update They are still doing great. I love Jimmy (owner) and Romi. Both do great nails."
