WE HAVE BEEN REAL PATIENT AND THEIR STILL SAYING UPS IS SUPPOSE TO REIMBURSE HIM. WE ARE THE RECIEVER NOT THE SHIPPER. YOU GUYS ARE TO ENSURE THAT THE DELIVERY GETS TO US.THIS IS A BREACH OF CONTRACT IF YOU DIDN'T KNOW. SUING IS THE ONLY OPTION BESIDES A BAD REVIEW! BENCHMARK AND GO UNMANNED ARE THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY ME AND MY HUSBAND EVER DEALT WITH."
