"DO NOT GO HERE! Poor business practice. They charged me $50 for dip nails and two nails broke within a day! Went back and they fixed the two nails and throughout the week, they just continued to break. So, before we got to one week, 9 out of the ten nails had chipped. Now, they REFUSE to give me my money back. I paid in cash but they want to give me a gift card? WHY??? Do you think that I want to come back to you business after all the issues? Dip nails should last up to 4 weeks, theirs didn’t even last A DAY!! Linda tried to tell it it might be the particular color that I chose? Huh? That makes absolutely no sense, if it’s based on a color, why would you put it on the shelf for people to put on their nails? It is It is obviously either poor product or poor technique. Not to mention, I asked for a nail art, and they said yeah we can do whatever you want and it didn’t come out anything like the picture, not even close! So now, I have an appointment at Nail kitchen with Yumi, I’ve seen her work as well as her nail art. I didn’t want to go to Raleigh because this place was so close to my house, but I guess sometimes you just gotta go a little bit further, to get better service all the way around. Save yourself, money and aggravation, and go somewhere with a better reputation for putting out better quality."

"My daughter and I had a wonderful experience getting our nails done for her birthday. Even on New Year's Eve, we were easily able to schedule an appointment. Everyone was professional and friendly. This was a treat for both of us, but hopefully we'll be back soon."
