"We are visiting from out of town and witnessed an awful interaction between the owner and a customer. I feel that anyone who owns a business should cherish their customers and not treat them poorly. This was not the case yesterday. I have been in sales my entire career. She definitely should not be. It's a shame to see an owner behave this badly!!"

"I have been a customer at this shop for many years. However today ended that. I was publicly humiliated by the owner, Patricia. The situation was I had ordered merchandise on line, and was told that I could pick it up after the 12th. I drove 54 miles to pick it up only to be told that it hadn’t been delivered, yet. I had no idea that the shop didn’t have my order in the shop. I naturally assumed that since the money was withdrawn from my checking account, that it would be there. No updates were ever emailed to me regarding the status of the purchase. The clerk that waited on me the 13th, said I would have to come back to get it as long as it was before the 21st. I said I would be back on the 19th. I went today to pick it up. I had out of town visitors so I told them I’d show them Blairsville, take them to dinner and pick up my order. It still wasn’t there and I suggested that they just refund my order. Patricia looked at me and said why didn’t you call, I told you to call. Not true. I never spoke with her about this issue. She stormed past me and went to the back. I waited a few minutes and looked at the two clerks behind the register. They shrugged. I went to the next room to see what was happening. She threw my purchases on a table! I asked why are you mad at me? She shouted, “because you made this my problem.” How? I made an honest purchase, was told it wasn’t there, but it was. I told the clerks goodbye and said I wouldn’t be back. Who needs to drive over 100 miles to be humiliated by an I’ll tempered person? Not me."

"Well worth the drive! Wonderful wall of batiks, and nice selection of Kaffe and Tula. Plenty of precuts and panels are well organized.Moda and Art Gallery fabrics were represented. Good selection of kids fabrics and wide backs."
