"I love going to Triangle Nail Bar! It’s always so clean and everyone is very nice! Will, Hanna, and Long (male) are the best! The only thing I wish they would work on is scheduling. I’ve been two times with appointments but I had to wait 45 minutes to an hour both times. I realize things happen so I’m always patient especially around the holidays."

"I enjoyed the atmosphere here so much! This will always be my go to spot. Friendly staff. CLEAN NAIL SALON. Very organized. Complimentary beverages as well. I treated my boyfriend and I loved they had a beer choice for him. We got jelly pedi’s and we ADORED them so much. I had Susan! She was such a sweetheart. Patient and observant. I’m from out of town, but I will wait to get pampered here!"

"No doubt the worst manicure I have ever had! I walked in and requested a reg manicure with reception, I then checked in on thier digital system for a regular manicure. First off, my technician was EXTREMELY involved in all the conversations going on around us. She was very rough with the tools and nicked my cuticles twice, where a bit of blood showed on one finger and then the next finger, bled ALOT as she had to use a solution to stem the bleeding. From that point on, my finger was throbbing and anything put on it would sting. She continued the manicure and as she put one hand under what I thought was a dryer and she went to apply polish, said "Gel, right?" and I said no. "Regular?", I said yes. She removed the dryer and continued with regular polish. She was doing the wrong manicure! As I was finally drying my nails under the actual dryer at the end, I noticed a lot of the nails were filed and left very rough to the touch. Upon checkout, I review the pamphlet at the desk and noticed they had whited out "hot towel " under the classic massage, although it showed on the website. The classic also includes a lotion massage which was not done. Additionally, the establishment advertises (web and print), 1 free beverage per client. I was not offered anything and when I asked upon check out, I was told it was water only.... did I want any? water only was not stated anywhere AND don't offer it when I ask about it,as I am leaving. If it's an inclusion it should be offered upon entry. I mentioned the lack of lotion massage and rough nails at reception- she asked me to have a seat and wait for my techinican to finish with her current client and she will fix it. Absolutely not! I am not spending more time waiting around for something that should have been done initially. The receptionist ended up lightly filing my nails for me as a touch up. Ridiculous! The worst, PAINFUL, experience and I will never go back and make sure I let people know to avoid this establishment. I know one person does not make the whole place but unfortunately one bad experience reflects on how your people are trained etc. Stay away- there are a wealth of other nails places in Raleigh to go to."

"Today was the first time that I went to this salon and it was AMAZING! I booked an appointment with Will and I HIGHLY recommend him. He took his time and was so attentive to detail. I got dip with French tips and he made sure the French was perfect on every single nail. I will be returning and booking with him!"

"Triangle Nail Bar is the place to get your Mani/Pedi done. The atmosphere is calm, cozy, and inviting. I followed Will to this salon because he is THAT good at what he does. I'm picky with what I want and Will gets it done! I had my pedicure with Vi and let me just tell you, she's amazing! She took her time with my feet and gave it some much needed love. Triangle Nail Bar has been under new management for about a month now so stop by and give them a try. I promise you will not regret it! Adding some pics for reference.
