"Jordan by far gave me the best service I’ve ever received in the auto repair Industry. I took my truck into Young’s with the expectations of spending anywhere from $600 - $800 on replacing my exhaust manifold because low and behold I have not been able to get my truck to pass inspection due to an O2 error and after replacing both O2 sensors I was told I needed to replace the engine manifold it had a leak and was causing the O2 code, but this particular shop did not replace manifolds. I explained to Jordan from the get go what was going on and that I was prepared for bolts to snap and replacing the manifold could turn into quite a job, and after nothing but 100% honesty and transparency he gave me a best case scenario and a worst case scenario which came to $600 -$800. This was actually a work truck/secondary vehicle for us so I was in no rush nor did I really want to go through all the hassles just to have it inspected and registered or worked on but I wasn’t going to let it go to waste so I let Jordan have it. Within 4 business days I received a call that there was a shirt to ground on the wiring harness and replacing that did the trick! It was ready to go and ready to be inspected and registered after driving it for 100 miles (allowing computer to reset) and the damage was minimal! Like $150 minimal and not $600-$800 that I was prepared for and dreading. A lot of places would have still continued to replace the parts you were told to replace or try to still charge you the original quote. I WILL TAKE ALL OF OUR COMPANY VEHICLES AS WELL AS ALL OF OUR PERSONAL VEHICLES TO YOUNGS AUTO SERVICE FROM NOW ON WITHOUT HESITATION!!!!! Thanks a MILLION Jordan!"
