"I just called to see what time they closed they told me 6 but the Google says 7. Then I stay right around the corner just wanting to get my eyebrows done and I was told that the eyebrow specialist is leaving in 5 mins. It wouldn’t even take me 5 mins to get there."

"VERY rude and unprofessional!!!! Went there for the first time and it will be my last!! The guy argued with me about what service I had done on my nails previously. He assumed I wanted the same look, then when I explained what I wanted he said "you don't know what you want", while looking at another customer for reassurance. Then when I picked out a color, he painted the first nail, and I told him, I don't think I like it. He says, I'm gonna put another coat on, then after letting the first finger dry, and putting another coat on it, before I could respond again, he proceeds to paint the rest of my fingers on that hand. When I told him I didn't like it, he got mad and said "you picked that color!!!" I explained that we don't know how it's going to look until we try it out. Then he proceeds to argue with me about having to take it off and asked rudely, "well what color do you want?!" I wanted to leave right then, but the process had already started. To customers or potential customers: Don't accept this treatment!!! These services cost a lot of money and we deserve quality service and respect!! To the owners and employees of this establishment: Do better!! You need to treat every customer with dignity and respect! We don't have to patron your establishment. There are MANY other nail salons in this area! Don't let your bad reputation proceed you. Furthermore, my 'gel' polish chipped after one day of getting it done, smh!!"

"I got a basic pedicure (not that he offered me anything else) that includes a blue tablet in water, did not apparently include cuticle softener (which may be why he cut me!! I tried to tell him he was hurting me) it did include oil and lotion! $32 He was clearly in a rush because I was the last to arrive but first to finish!! I’m not pleased!! This was my second time and the first time was a much better experience!! The man took his time and I felt like I got my monies worth!! But not this time. I also got gel polish but declined the option of a manicure based on the pedicure!!"

"I've been going to Lee Spa and Nails for almost 2 yrs now and insist on not going anywhere else. The lead man of the shop Mr. Lee is my main man to do the perfect job of anything you want. Whether it may be a simple manicure, a beautiful set of gel or acrylic nails, or even a tedious/intricate/detailed design you ask for or show him in a picture(when I say he's the man I say it with no hesitation because its true).... He's the man to take on the job and put a smile from ear to ear on your face, just know when you arrive your going to be there for a good whilr because great/tedious work does not entail rushing it takes time and most of all effort and dedication. Mr. Lee loves what he does and it shows in his work. If you want your nails or toes done the right way then this is where you belong. Just for an addition while your there you even get a few laughs because his personality is one of a kind he's definitely a Joker/Comedian that enjoys making all of his customers smile and feel at home while they are in his "House". Come and join the rest of us and become one of Mr. Lee's new "Regulars" ...... YOU WON'T REGRET IT I CANT PROMISE YOU THAT!"
