"Katherine at Byrd Tile was amazing! Actually everyone from our first step into the shop to the warehouse staff who loaded our tile was so helpful and super nice. We told Katherine what we were looking for and she showed us so many items and then helped us design some custom tiles. They were ordered from Raleigh and she kept us in the loop to when they would arrive . When we went to pick them up she even had a piece of paper with 15-20 names of installers they they recommended.
