"Diane was very friendly, she did a manicure shellac. I loved it. They have walk ins. I'm very happy with my nails! This was in the white oak garner location."
"Came here on Tuesday with my soon to be sister in law. The location in Garner, NC next to Buffalo Wild Wings. My fiancé so kindly bought me a gift card to get my nails done, I was so excited! The pedicure was great- I just got the “spa pedicure” for $38. The manicure was also great, the girl who took care of me was very nice. I am not one to be difficult or be disrespectful, but this needs to be addressed… I got a gel manicure- multicolor holographic sparkles. (My favorite!) and all was well and good, up until literally today, I was laying down in bed, and one of my nails (the layer of gel) just came right off. So I thought “well, maybe it’s just this one” but nevertheless, I tried another just to see… ALL OF THEM CAME OFF. I am so upset. I paid $38 for them to just come right off, two days later. I can’t help but wonder if the base coat was peel off? And if so, I wonder why I wasn’t notified. I’m not happy. Maybe be aware of that should you choose to have gel nails done."
"I usually do my own nails. I have for over five years now, but I thought I would give myself a break and pamper myself to a professional full set. Bad idea!!! I should have known when I sat down and she didn't even ask me what I wanted. Gel or Acrylic. What shape I wanted. Nothing! She just started drilling away. So I finally said, I would like the Coffin Shape nails. "That will be five dollars extra". She said. Ok. Then I told her, because she never bothered to ask, I want the gel. She then proceeded to tell me why gel was not a good decision and why I should get Acrylic instead. That's all well and good, I told her. But I've always gotten gel and had no problems with it. And I'm allergic to acrylic, so gel it is. "That will be 20 dollars extra", she said. No problem, carry on. She applied the tips and attempted to cut them down almost to my finger tips. When I corrected her and told her the length that I wanted, which wasn't that long, she said. "That will be 5 dollars extra". At this point I was beyond irritated at the level of service I was getting and wanted to say, "How much extra will it be for me to walk right out the door." The icing on the cake, after she finished the tacky job of a full set and gave me my final price, she told me it would be $1 extra if I used my card instead of paying cash. Unbelievable!!!!! All I could do is laugh. I'm attaching a picture of the final product! The nails are so thin, I think I'm gonna break them if I hit them against something. Their shape is horrible, a Coffin shape "attempt". My middle fingernail looks way bigger than the others. She didn't even give them an apex, didn't tighten up the cuticle area. I can feel a dip in one of them. Just horrible!!! I will never, ever, ever, go back there again!!!!"
"Unfortunately I got my nails done here Thursday evening around 5:00pm. I’m not sure if the tech was rushing to get out of there or if her “25 years of experience” was a lie. But this is the results I was left with, sad. If I realized they were this bad I wouldn’t have paid. You can plainly see where my natural nail is and where the tip starts. It’s frustrating to even have spend money to go to a PROFESSIONAL nail salon and this be the results. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I can do nails way better than this on myself, and it be honestly cheaper. Guess I’ll continue to do them myself as I have yet to find someone that has the same standards as me. Disappointing :("
"I went there today around 3p for an appointment with my sister & left around 6.. the lady who did my acrylic nails rushed, and spoke to me like i was incompetent almost the whole time. She didn't even file the acrylic down properly, leaving my nails bumpy and didn't clean up any access polish from the sides; the lengths were also not even at all. She also cut me two times (on my right index and left pinky), and made me get up and pay in the middle of being serviced? They didnt ask my sister to pay in the middle of her service either, and I've never had it happen to me before. It just felt like she was aware of her horrible nail job, so she wanted to make sure she got the payment before finishing. My pedicure on the other hand came out amazing, i'm just disappointed with the outcome of my acrylics. I ended up removing the polish and cutting them down a little more to file & repaint them myself. I'm not coming back at all. If i could give 0 to negative stars for this, i definitely would."
