"Hard to do business with. Even with an account set up. Hours on website are incorrect. The store is not open at the times the website claims. Wasted a 2 hour trip coming here, and can't get anyone to answer the phone. Even the will-call sign placed out front has a number on it that no one will answer."

"After 3 years of dedication from sun up to sun down i get assaulted by a temporary coworker and then fired on the spot after being put in the hospital. All i was doing was following orders. These ppl are unbelievable. Everyone there loved me the customers and full time employees know how i gave them 200% everyday and then they throw me to the curb for nothing. Buy your lumber and cabinet supplies elsewhere. Wurth dosnt care about yoyr personal needs just filling there pockets."

"I used to buy my wood here. But it seems they really don't want to deal with non-professionals. Have it your way, Wurth. I go to Gibsonville now. 2017 update: Last visit was an improvement. Counter man was familiar as the guy who used to work in the warehouse. He's always been friendly & treated me fairly. It irks me though, that unless you have an account & know the secret handshake, you MUST PAY IN CASH. I'd like to see the figures on who isn't paying their bills. I'd bet it's more the "professional" who skips out when business gets slow. That said, wood (hickory) was better quality than I'd been getting in Gibsonville of late, so I'll probably hit the ATM & head back for the next load."

"I'm a professional that sources materials from multiple vendors and found this branch of Wurth exceptional. I'd give it 5 stars if its location wasn't on the edge of civilization, it was quite a drive. But it is a store for professionals. Its not home depot, so previous review writers that gave it low stars obviously weren't prepared for that."

"If I could rate this company 0 stars I would. They have the worst customer service out of any one I have ever done business with. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING. I was a first time customer and they refused to send me my order a week after I paid for it. I was planning on being a repeat customer ordering 10-20 sheets of 3/4" 5' x 10' MDF a week but not now. MIKE STEVENS who is supposed to be upper management would not even return my phone call to try to resolve this matter. They lost my business over $30. Don't wast your time or money. I will tell everyone I know and do business with NOT to use wurth wood group. They should change the name to wurthless wood group."
