The couch itself is beautiful to look at?. Not very comfortable and not to mention when they delivered the couch the delivery man bent her metal screen door. This is a $400 door they claim was "already like that"? How would you know.? My mother in law takes excellent care of everything! You can guarantee her door did not have a dent before they delivered this couch. If she did have a dent, she would have been the first person to notice.. and of course she noticed it.. as soon as it was done. No apology and or any attempt to fix this. That's not being honest."
