"If you’re reading this, then chances are you too were born with the same burden of love for German/European vehicles, and unsurprisingly you need a shop to take your car or S.U.V. to. You will find that there are a lot of choices in the area, however Black Forrest should be on your short list of places to take your vehicle. Starting with the shop location, it’s easy entry, and easy to locate. Contacting and dropping off my vehicle was extremely easy, as they have one of the coolest drop boxes/pick up boxes I’ve ever seen, I seriously looked at it for five minutes. Everyone who works at Black Forrest seems to have a passion for their work. At the front of the shop, Morgan is a fantastic advisor, excellent communication, extremely knowledgeable, all with a kind attitude throughout. Their platform for repair orders makes communication effortless, and you will always feel informed. Jonny is also a friendly and knowledgeable shop manager! To the back of the shop, Steve worked on my car, and was extremely knowledgeable about the issue we faced, and repaired my car with extremely high-quality work. You simply will not find a more friendly, professional, and caring group of people than you will at Black Forrest. Also, if you must wait for your vehicle their waiting area is a nice place to spend some time! Looking forward to seeing them soon!"

I just bought my first Audi... Didn't want to take it to the dealership and know better than to take it to the local service station. Black Forest Technik came highly recommended and they were spot on with communication and timing. Their prices are completely reasonable, you know it's never going to be cheap if you have a nice German car. They finished the job in a very reasonable amount of time and gave me a full report with additional inspection information upon completion.
