RAPHEAL'S 5821 Poyner Village Parkway, Raleigh, NC 27616

"I went to rapheals for my birthday. I chose his salon because it was one of the only ones who had a slot during my December Timeframe and he did not have a deposit. I’m old school I’m not giving anyone a deposit before I know anything about your salon or styling. Anyway My appointment was at 11:30 , Raphael did not show up until 12:30, when he showed up he immediately went to the barbershop next door and got his OWN hair done, I was not able to get into his chair until at least 1:30 . He then informered me that the closure that I wanted to use was too thin even though I informed him at least a week before about what type of hair I had and how many packs. So long story short i booked a lace closure but ended up getting a leave out with a side part. A SIDE PART IN 2021/2022!! I asked him if you are going to do a leave out can you please do a middle part he said no and continued to do a side part.either way pictures and bday were ruined. Edit. There was nothing patchy or thin about my closure . He knew what style he was going to give me to make it easiest and quicker for HIM, before I even sat in the chair. There was no debate"
