"It's hard to find good customer service nowadays but you won't have that problem here! I went to multiple lumber yards and couldn't find what i needed before finding Raleigh Reclaimed. Marcel checked his inventory for me and found some beautiful ambrosia maple that would work for my project at a great deal. He offered to plane and rip the boards for me and i took him up on that offer. I figured I'd have to come back to pick up the boards but to my surprise he immediately loaded up the lumber and carried it over to the planer. While i waited i looked around in awe of the amount of slabs and woodworking equipment they had in their shop, Marcel introduced me to Billy, the owner, and another coworker. All around good crowd! Next time i need lumber for a project, my first call will be to Marcel. Amazing customer service!"
