She is very knowledgeable about any and all questions regarding your hair and when asked for recommendations she is very knowledgeable and happy to provide any and all recommendations. I scheduled another appointment with Chelsea H. and I am definitely becoming a recurring client. The salon in general is beautiful and they are the sweetest people I have met. Best hair salon experience by far. They offer you coffee, water when you first walk in. "I drove all the way from Kentucky just to be seen by Tanya at Lux Salon in Lafayette village, and she is so amazingly talented and hospitable with her clients!! I have been seeing her for years, and even after I moved from the area, I would not trust anyone else for my hair coloring needs. I wasn’t able to describe what I wanted, but Tanya is so intuitive with her clients’ needs by asking the right questions and gleaning from sample photos. She did a beautiful balayage with a dynamic cool tone with blonde and brown hues. My hair was also very dry so we did a keratin treatment, and the styling afterwards left me with complements for days. She will also break down the cost of each service before beginning so with both were on the same page about what I was getting without any hidden costs - I loved that and it’s a quality that’s super rare to find in quality salons. I will always always return to Tanya for my hair needs!!!"

"Exceptional balayage experience! Last week I had an appointment with Kelli Jo Griffith to highlight my hair. It has been almost a year since I had my hair highlighted. My hair is dark brown and this is definitely a blonding salon. But that didn’t matter to Kelli jo she had exceptional knowledge of hair color and highlighting, and we had a lengthy consultation, discussing all aspects of coloring my hair. It turned out exactly as we discussed! She is an expert colorist, a wonderful listener, and takes pride in everything that she does. She is just a sweetheart! I’ve already booked my next two appointments she also devised a whole seasonal hair plan for me, which I absolutely loved because I really enjoy switching things up a little bit seasonally. Every aspect was great, including her assistant, who gave a wonderful shampoo and head massage and made sure I understood every step of the process. I highly recommend Kelli Jo for any hair color. She is exceptional!!"
